Privacy Policy

LegalPocketAI uses artificial intelligence to provide document reviews and chat responses. Documents stay primarily on your device. Only after you expressly consent to AI processing, the document or chat content you select is sent through LegalPocketAI's service to OpenAI to generate the result you requested. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

We also process account, security, usage-quota, and App Store subscription records needed to operate the service. Subscription records can include the product, status, renewal setting, renewal date, and renewal price and currency verified from Apple.

Subscription renewal reminders are optional and separate from product notifications. If enabled, the preference is stored with your account. LegalPocketAI uses the latest Apple-verified subscription state to request reminder delivery through the Apple Push Notification service (APNs), with an on-device reminder as a fallback when remote delivery is unavailable.

For remote reminders, the app sends LegalPocketAI an APNs device token, locale, and time zone. The token is linked to your account solely to deliver app notifications; it is not used for advertising or cross-company tracking. Apple processes the token and notification payload to provide APNs delivery. The app does not keep a copy of the APNs token on your device after registration.

The app requests deletion of the server token when you turn renewal reminders off or sign out; if the device is offline, it keeps only an opaque deletion credential and retries cleanup later. LegalPocketAI also deletes the token when you delete your account or Apple reports that it is no longer valid. Limited sent and canceled reminder records are retained for reliability and duplicate prevention for up to 400 days, and are deleted sooner if you delete your account. You can turn reminders off in the app at any time. Apple remains the billing provider and authoritative source for your subscription.
